GENERAL INFORMATION
To ensure your package is properly delivered within our advertised timeframes, please make sure your address is entered correctly with all required details. This includes using correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and any relevant route information. YumiGlow is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or misdelivered shipments caused by incorrect address details provided at the time of purchase.
We recommend using a personal or business address for quicker and safer delivery. We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and several countries in Europe.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are subject to processing time before dispatch. Processing times are separate from shipping times and depend on various factors.
Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process (excluding weekends and holidays). Once payment is authorized and verified:

IMPORT TAXES & FEES
YumiGlow is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. Customers are responsible for these fees and will be contacted by their local customs office if payment is required.
DELIVERY CLAIMS
For non-delivery or if tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 10 days to file a claim. Claims may take up to 30 days to resolve.
YumiGlow is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Refunds or replacements will not be provided for confirmed deliveries.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, it is your responsibility to provide us with the correct address before your order ships. Orders held due to address updates will remain on hold until updated details are provided.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If an order contains multiple items and one is out of stock, the rest of your order will be shipped, and you will receive a refund for the out-of-stock item(s).
OUR RIGHTS REGARDING SHIPPING

No refunds can be issued while an order is in transit.

YumiGlow is not responsible for delayed or lost shipments due to incorrect address entry.

Orders returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

Once your order is fulfilled, address changes are not possible.

SHIPPING INSURANCE
If you purchased shipping insurance, contact hello@yumiglow.com to initiate a claim. Upon investigation, YumiGlow will replace your order if the claim is approved.
