Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
YumiGlow accepts returns, exchanges, or refunds only if the products are returned in their original packaging and condition within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds will not be issued for products that have been opened, used, or returned damaged.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at hello@yumiglow.com if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will assess the issue promptly and arrange a suitable resolution.

YumiGlow does not offer refunds or store credit for change-of-mind purchases.
